Independence day in Lithuania. The school was closed, so we went on excursion to Trakai, near Vílnius.
Trakai was amazing, with its huge frozen lake, where people walked without sinking :) We even saw a girl in her bikinis who was having a quick bath in the frozen water after getting out of the sauna.
The guide took us to the castle and later on we headed to the restaurant, to do a pasties cooking lesson. We ate them for lunch, of course :)
The next stop of the excursion was a huge park, which had a slippery path that led to another castle. The forest was full of snow, so many students and some teachers (Carlos) , started a snow-throwing-ball battle :)
To finish the day, the Lithuanian partners invited us to a restaurant which had a beautifully set table filled with delicatessen.
An amazing day!
