Several classrooms were prepared to host the different activities and visitors, as the headteacher suggested. One teacher was responsible for printing and designing the newsletters and leaflets as well as the schedules.
Many of the Erasmus as students came to make the explanations to the parents. Previously we had distributed several tasks, which can be viewed here. The teachers had prepared some presentations to help the students with the explanations.
Between the different tasks that they had to do, they appeared:
Guiding parents to the different classrooms.
Communicate via Skype with colleagues from other partner schools.
Take photos at the Photocall "Erasmus Day".
Explain the different mobilities.
Explain what they had learned from their projects.
Kahoot on the mobility of projects.
A lottery among parents, students and teachers of the different objects of merchandising of the projects (T-shirts, mugs, pins)
The teachers also made video conferences with teachers from other countries. In general, we believe that the evaluation of the day was mostly positive. There was a good atmosphere and some parents asked if this meeting would be done every year.
